Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients diagnosed with sepsis based on medical history, lab investigations, and clinical picture
  • Both sexes and all age groups are eligible
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients with sepsis who have received non-beta lactam antibiotics in the past 24 hours
  • Blood samples contaminated by microbial flora will be rejected
