Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Infants, children, and adults diagnosed with Low Grade Glioma
- Healthy volunteers from age 0 with no upper age limit
- Diagnosed with LGG and receiving treatment at DFCI
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of electrical implants such as cardiac pacemakers or perfusion pumps
- Having ferromagnetic implants like aneurysm clips, surgical clips, prostheses, artificial hearts, valves with steel parts, metal fragments, shrapnel, tattoos near the eye, or steel implants
- Having ferromagnetic objects such as jewelry or metal clips
- Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suspect pregnancy
- Pre-existing medical conditions with risk of seizures or claustrophobia
- Greater than normal risk for cardiac arrest
