Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with pathologically confirmed malignant head and neck tumors without distant metastasis
- Age 18 to 80 years
- Scheduled for postoperative adjuvant or radical radiotherapy, with or without chemotherapy
- Baseline ECOG score between 0 and 2
- Good cognitive and reading skills to complete questionnaires
You will not qualify if you...
- Having other malignant tumors besides head and neck cancer
- Previous head and neck radiotherapy
- Mental illness or cognitive impairments
- Uncontrolled systemic diseases significantly affecting quality of life
