Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Signed and dated informed consent form
  • Willingness to comply with all study procedures and availability for the study duration
  • Adults aged 18 years or older, male or female
  • Able to read and speak English
  • Caregiver of a patient diagnosed with stage IV solid malignancy, living together for more than 6 months
  • Access to telephone and internet to participate in the technology-based intervention
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently participating in regular psychotherapy
  • Caregivers considered part of a vulnerable population (including cognitive impairment, pregnancy, or military personnel)
