The proposed study will use a randomized clinical trial design with non-equivalent control group and longitudinal design to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effects of the Diabetes LIVE JustICE application. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
- Are age 18 or older
- Can speak and understand English
- Have been released directly from one of five Connecticut prisons to supervised community housing or parole
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
