The participant in this study includes Alzheimer's disease (AD including familial AD and sporadic AD) patients, amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) patients, non-AD dementia patients and cognitively normal control. The purpose of this study is to establish the best cut-off value of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood β-amyloid (Aβ) 42/40, total tau (t-tau) , phosphorylated tau ,inflammatory factors, etc. in diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 55 to 75 years
- Written informed consent obtained from participant or legal guardian before any study procedures
- Diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease using NIA-AA criteria
- Diagnosis of amnestic mild cognitive impairment by 2004 Petersen criteria
- Diagnosis of non-Alzheimer's dementia by established criteria (McKeith for DLB, bvFTD Consortium for behavioral variant FTD, Gorno-Tempini for semantic variant FTD or non-fluent aphasia, Movement Disorder Society for PDD, Vas-Cog for VaD, Armstrong's for CBD, CDC for CJD)
- Normal cognition supported by MMSE, CDR, and other cognitive function scales
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of other medical or psychiatric illnesses
- No available informant
- Refusal to complete cognitive tests or provide biological specimens
