Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be at least 18 years old
- Clinically diagnosed with liver cirrhosis based on medical history, physical signs, laboratory tests, imaging, or liver biopsy
- Have undergone a gastroscopy
- Signed the informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous esophageal variceal bleeding or having received TIPS or endoscopic treatment
- History of liver cancer, portal vein thrombosis, or splenectomy
- Use of drugs affecting platelet count, liver function, or coagulation within one week
- Recent history of blood product infusion
