You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnancy
- Extracutaneous manifestations of Lyme borreliosis
- Immunocompromising conditions
- Serious adverse reaction to beta lactam antibiotics
- Use of antibiotics effective against Lyme disease within the past 10 days
