Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- People living with HIV aged 18 years or older
- Receiving follow-up care at an HIV Clinic
- Have one or more cardiometabolic comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, fatty liver disease, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases
- HIV physicians consider the comorbidities to be sub-optimally controlled, suspected of complications, or in need of specialist screening or treatment
