Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18-80 years
- Clinical suspicion of early-stage white matter disease
- No prior diagnosis of significant neurological disorders such as stroke or brain tumors
- Ability to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging such as metal implants or pacemakers
- Severe psychiatric or cognitive impairment preventing participation
- Healthy individuals without neurological disease history for the control group, matched by age and sex
