Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Provide documented informed consent
- Be 18 years old or older at enrollment
- Be able to read and understand English or Spanish for questionnaires
- Have a relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancy
- Be scheduled to receive outpatient standard of care CAR-T therapy
- Have a family caregiver committed to living with you during the study
- Family caregivers must provide documented informed consent
- Family caregivers must be 18 years old or older at enrollment
- Family caregivers must be able to read and understand English or Spanish for questionnaires
- Family caregivers must be a family member or friend who knows the patient well and is involved in their medical care
You will not qualify if you...
- Be an employee under the direct or indirect supervision of the principal investigator, co-investigator, or study manager
- Be a direct member of the study team
