You may qualify if you...

  • Elderly person aged 55 years and older
  • Community-dwelling elderly person residing in Upper Austria
  • Barthel Index below 100
  • Elderly person requires assistance with activities of daily living
  • Caregiver of an older person
  • Caregiver is tech savvy
  • Caregiver committed to using an app to support caregiving
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Planned nursing home admission for the elderly person within the next 12 weeks
  • Elderly person with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stage III or IV
  • Elderly person unable to understand or judge to consent to the study
  • Caregiver aged 17 years or younger
  • Caregiver unable to understand or judge to consent to the study
