Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Elderly person aged 55 years and older
- Community-dwelling elderly person residing in Upper Austria
- Barthel Index below 100
- Elderly person requires assistance with activities of daily living
- Caregiver of an older person
- Caregiver is tech savvy
- Caregiver committed to using an app to support caregiving
You will not qualify if you...
- Planned nursing home admission for the elderly person within the next 12 weeks
- Elderly person with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stage III or IV
- Elderly person unable to understand or judge to consent to the study
- Caregiver aged 17 years or younger
- Caregiver unable to understand or judge to consent to the study
