Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Subjects must meet the standard clinical criteria of the syndromes of interest
- Subjects must have a Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 10 or higher
- Subjects must be on a stable cognitive and psychoactive medication regimen for at least four weeks before enrollment
- Subjects must have a responsible study partner who lives with them or is in regular contact at least 4 out of 7 days per week
- Subjects must have adequate visual and auditory ability for testing
You will not qualify if you...
- Any other condition that may contribute to dementia or complicate its assessment
- Active medical disorder that prevents participation
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Severe renal impairment defined by glomerular filtration rate less than 30
- Subjects whose first language is not English
- Subjects with less than 12 years of education
- Subjects who participated in an experimental amyloid targeting agent study unless only placebo was received
