Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age greater than or equal to 65 years.
  • History of bladder, breast, cervical, colorectal, endometrial, lung, or prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Access to a smartphone.
  • Ability to understand and willingness to sign a written informed consent document.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Metastatic disease.
  • Cancer recurrence.
