What this Trial Is About
This study hopes to improve early detection of ovarian and endometrial cancers. It will determine if women with bloating, abdominal distension, abdominal/pelvic pain, increased urinary frequency and/or early satiety, benefit from earlier surgery after screening by CA-125 ovarian cancer biomarker and transvaginal ultrasound.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Sign an approved informed consent form (ICF).
- Be 45 years of age or older.
- Have at least one symptom for 2 weeks to 1 year including: feeling full after eating a few bites, loss of appetite; bowel changes such as diarrhea, constipation, fullness, pain or burning; bloating or abdominal swelling; unexplained weight loss; nausea, vomiting, heartburn, gas, burping, indigestion; increased urinary frequency, urgency, or related symptoms; vaginal discharge, bleeding, spotting, deep pain during intercourse; or discomfort/pain in abdomen, pelvic region, or lower back.
- Willingness to comply with study protocol.
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (BSO).
- Previous diagnosis of cancer in ovaries, fallopian tubes, or peritoneum.
- Current bleeding per rectum not caused by hemorrhoids.
- Current visible blood in urine (frank haematuria).
- Symptoms requiring urgent clinical evaluation outside the research protocol.
