Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 75 years old, any gender
- Diagnosed colorectal cancer by histopathology or cytology
- Require adjuvant therapy after radical surgery without prior neoadjuvant therapy
- At least one assessable tumor focus present
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECoG) physical condition score of 2 or less
- Voluntarily agree to participate and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of metastasis
- Unable to obtain tumor samples
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Poor treatment compliance
- Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular complications preventing adjuvant therapy
- Having other malignant tumors
- Serious mental or nervous system diseases
- Investigator’s decision that the patient should not participate in the study
