You may qualify if you...
- Patients with sickle cell nephropathy diagnosed clinically or histologically with confirmed Hb SS and eGFR (CKD-EPI) 65 135 ml/min/1.73m2
- Previous living kidney donation
- Age 40 years or older
- No contraindication or allergy to trial medications
- Willing and able to provide written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 40 years of age
- Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Participation in other interventional research studies
