Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years old
- Stroke symptoms started less than 24 hours before hospital admission
- Head CT scan on admission shows no bleeding
- Underwent a CT perfusion scan before treatment
- Confirmed blockage in internal carotid artery or middle cerebral artery by angiography and received EVT
- Complete 3-month follow-up data available
You will not qualify if you...
- Poor quality of preoperative CT perfusion imaging
- Blockage in posterior circulation or isolated anterior cerebral artery
- Other severe diseases like malignant tumors or severe organ failure with life expectancy under 90 days
- Incomplete imaging or clinical data
