Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Must be at least 60 years of age
- Must be able to participate in English or Spanish
- Must be a US resident
- Must be able to provide consent verbally and in writing (electronically or via mail)
- Must show at least 2 of 8 changes caused by thinking and memory problems on the AD8 dementia screening tool
- Must have a diagnosis of early-stage Alzheimer's disease or related dementia or meet Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) scores: 20-26 if completed high school, 17-26 if not completed high school, or 27 or higher with a confirmed diagnosis of early-stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment
- Must be able to participate in workshops via Zoom

- Unable to participate via telephone or online video conferencing
- Expresses feelings of not wanting to participate
- Does not have enough time to attend the training
- Lacks computer skills needed to participate
- Does not have a stable internet connection for video sessions
- Has hearing or visual impairments that prevent participation
