This research investigates the effects of the Terre de Joie educational kit on childrens well-being and empathy in school. The study is a multicenter, randomized trial involving 58 classes of children aged 7 to 11 years. It compares classes using the Earth of Joy program with those continuing regular lessons, aiming to assess improvements in well-being, empathy, bullying behaviors, and classroom climate. In the study, 26 classes will implement the Earth of Joy program for 10 weeks, featuring classroom activities centered on joy, empathy, and well-being. Another 26 classes will continue their usual lessons without the program. Assessments are conducted before and after the intervention using self-questionnaires to measure changes in the childrens well-being and empathy. Participants will complete questionnaires at two time points, in September and December 2025, to evaluate changes in school well-being, empathy, bullying, teacher well-being, and classroom cohesion. The study will monitor these outcomes to understand the programs impact on childrens social and emotional health over the 10-week period.
