Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults 18 years and older admitted to intensive care with acute brain injury
- Unconscious with a Glasgow Coma Scale less than 8 and unable to follow commands
- Negative COVID-19 test on arrival
- Healthy volunteers aged 18 years and older
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnant women
- Patients who had a cardiac arrest on presentation
