Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients with low or moderate disease activity (Clinical Disease Activity Index 64 22)
  • No changes in disease activity or therapy during the previous 3 months
  • Interested in dietary intervention
  • Able to provide consent and attend follow-up visits
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnancy or lactating; patients who become pregnant during the study will be removed
  • Presence of food allergies
  • Significant other comorbidities or medication use that might interfere with result interpretation according to physician's judgment
