Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 18 and 50 years
  • Diagnosed with bruxism by a dentist
  • Voluntary participation with signed informed consent
  • Able to understand and communicate during the study
  • Desk work hours of at least 4 hours daily
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Unable to cooperate with study procedures
  • Having active inflammatory arthritis
  • Hip or knee surgery in the last 3 months
  • Diagnosed psychiatric illness
  • Dentofacial anomalies present
  • Currently pregnant
  • Physical or cognitive issues preventing test completion
  • Unable to comply with test procedures during measurement
