Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Children between 4 and 10 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder using the ADOS scale and CARS criteria
You will not qualify if you...
- Children who have taken antibiotics, antimycotics, probiotic or prebiotic supplements, or any medication affecting microbial composition within one month prior to sampling
- Children following a strict dietary regimen other than a casein-free and gluten-free diet
- Children with celiac disease or any gluten-related disorder
- Children with allergy to dairy products
