Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed diagnosis of HIV infection
- Receiving combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) for more than 12 months
- HIV viral load less than 50 copies/ml and CD4 cell count more than 350 cells/µl
- No serious liver, heart, or kidney diseases
- Understands the study and voluntarily agrees to participate with signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Active hepatitis B or C infection, or serious opportunistic infections
- Serious chronic diseases such as diabetes or mental illness
- History of pancreatitis during cART
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Poor adherence to treatment
- Unable to complete follow-up assessments
