Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult males and females aged between 18 and 40 years.
- Blood pressure less than 130/80 mmHg according to American Heart Association guidelines.
You will not qualify if you...
- Females who have undergone menopause.
- Nut allergies due to possible trace nuts in chocolate.
- Dairy allergies due to milk content in chocolates.
- Chronic diseases affecting circulation such as cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, diabetes.
- Use of medications affecting blood pressure, blood sugar, or autonomic nervous system.
- Body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m8 or higher.
- Physically active individuals with at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-to-vigorous exercise.
- Smokers.
- Back injuries preventing sitting continuously for 3 hours.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding females.
