Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adult males and females aged between 18 and 40 years.
  • Blood pressure less than 130/80 mmHg according to American Heart Association guidelines.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Females who have undergone menopause.
  • Nut allergies due to possible trace nuts in chocolate.
  • Dairy allergies due to milk content in chocolates.
  • Chronic diseases affecting circulation such as cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, diabetes.
  • Use of medications affecting blood pressure, blood sugar, or autonomic nervous system.
  • Body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m8 or higher.
  • Physically active individuals with at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-to-vigorous exercise.
  • Smokers.
  • Back injuries preventing sitting continuously for 3 hours.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding females.
