You may qualify if you...

  • Age greater than 18 years
  • Diagnosis of rotator cuff syndrome being treated without surgery
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of prior shoulder surgery
  • Receiving a corticosteroid injection at initial visit
  • Lack of a mailing address
  • Non-English speaking patient
  • Inability to sleep on one's side
  • Preexisting clinical insomnia
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
