Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age greater than 18 years
- Diagnosis of rotator cuff syndrome being treated without surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- History of prior shoulder surgery
- Receiving a corticosteroid injection at initial visit
- Lack of a mailing address
- Non-English speaking patient
- Inability to sleep on one's side
- Preexisting clinical insomnia
- Obstructive sleep apnea
