Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women aged 50 to 60 years
- Body mass index between 30 and 35 kg/m2
- Hypertensive for at least one year after menopause
- Perceived stress scale score between 14 and 40
You will not qualify if you...
- Systolic blood pressure over 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg
- Other known causes of hypertension such as kidney diseases
- Use of sedatives, tranquilizers, or antidepressant drugs
