Throughout the study, researchers will assess body composition, diet, physical activity, blood and urine samples, muscle and fat tissue, aerobic capacity, muscle strength, and related questionnaires. The main outcomes focus on changes in muscle mass and fat-free mass after 4 months. Additional measures include muscle fiber types, metabolic rate, oxygen uptake, appetite markers, and lipid profiles. Participants involvement lasts 4 months with ongoing monitoring.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female aged 18 to 35 years
- Body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 25
- Use of either non-hormonal contraception, IUD with levonorgestrel, or progestin-only pills with desogestrel
You will not qualify if you...
- Training more than 2 times per week
- Smoking
- Pregnancy
- Taking medications known to affect study outcome parameters
