Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be between 30 and 60 years old
- Be a teacher for at least 5 years
- Have had musculoskeletal pain for at least 3 months
- Be able to participate in the ergonomics training and exercise program during the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Have a pain score below 3 on the Visual Analog Scale
- Have a neurological or orthopedic disease that prevents exercise
- Have had musculoskeletal surgery within the last 6 months
- Have a psychological disorder that may prevent exercise
