Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult non-athletic individuals aged 18 to 25 years
- Height between 160 and 180 cm
- Body mass index between 18.5 and 24.99 kg/m8
- Foot length between 23.3 and 28.0 cm
- Never used heel lift insoles
- Normal and pain-free range of motion in lower limbs and spine
- Stable balance and coordination during weight-bearing activities
You will not qualify if you...
- Traumatic conditions of the lower limb
- Pelvis and lower limb musculoskeletal disorders
- Previous orthopedic disorders or neurological deficits of the lower limb
- Previous surgery on the lower limbs
- Any sensory problems
- Neuromuscular diseases such as multiple sclerosis or intervertebral disc disorders
- Pregnancy
- Cancer
- Immunodeficiency diseases
- Psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety
- Chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension
- Lower limb deformities
- Specific lower limb muscle weakness
- Low back pain in the past 30 days
