Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adult non-athletic individuals aged 18 to 25 years
  • Height between 160 and 180 cm
  • Body mass index between 18.5 and 24.99 kg/m8
  • Foot length between 23.3 and 28.0 cm
  • Never used heel lift insoles
  • Normal and pain-free range of motion in lower limbs and spine
  • Stable balance and coordination during weight-bearing activities
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Traumatic conditions of the lower limb
  • Pelvis and lower limb musculoskeletal disorders
  • Previous orthopedic disorders or neurological deficits of the lower limb
  • Previous surgery on the lower limbs
  • Any sensory problems
  • Neuromuscular diseases such as multiple sclerosis or intervertebral disc disorders
  • Pregnancy
  • Cancer
  • Immunodeficiency diseases
  • Psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety
  • Chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension
  • Lower limb deformities
  • Specific lower limb muscle weakness
  • Low back pain in the past 30 days
