Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 20 to 40 years of any gender
- Diagnosis of chronic nonspecific low back pain without underlying pathological causes
- Chronic nonspecific low back pain lasting more than 3 months with minimum pain intensity of 30 mm on a 0 to 100 mm visual analogue scale
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2
- Willingness to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Neurological, infectious, or systemic illnesses such as rheumatologic diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, or diabetes mellitus type I or II
- Psychiatric or mental deficits
- Previous spinal surgery within the last 6 months
- Participation in other treatments within the previous 3 months
- Pregnancy
- History of spinal fracture, tumor, or osteoporosis
