Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged 20 to 40 years of any gender
  • Diagnosis of chronic nonspecific low back pain without underlying pathological causes
  • Chronic nonspecific low back pain lasting more than 3 months with minimum pain intensity of 30 mm on a 0 to 100 mm visual analogue scale
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2
  • Willingness to participate in the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Neurological, infectious, or systemic illnesses such as rheumatologic diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, or diabetes mellitus type I or II
  • Psychiatric or mental deficits
  • Previous spinal surgery within the last 6 months
  • Participation in other treatments within the previous 3 months
  • Pregnancy
  • History of spinal fracture, tumor, or osteoporosis
