What this Trial Is About

This research aims to compare two types of dental implantscompressive and conventionalplaced and loaded immediately after atraumatic tooth extraction. The study focuses on their effectiveness, bone resorption, and implant survival in patients needing implant treatment. It addresses the importance of oral health for chewing, speaking, appearance, and psychological well-being, especially after tooth loss caused by various conditions and systemic diseases. Participants will undergo immediate placement and loading of either compressive or conventional implants following atraumatic extraction of a badly destructed upper premolar tooth. The procedure includes preoperative cone beam imaging, local anesthesia, use of a piezoelectric device for extraction, implant placement into the alveolar bone, stability measurements using AnyCheck or periotest devices, and postoperative care. One week after surgery, a temporary crown will be placed to load the implant immediately. Throughout the 6-month study period, participants will have assessments of implant stability, pain levels, and measurements of crestal bone resorption and bone loss using periodontal probes and imaging. Follow-up includes postoperative imaging and monitoring of healing and implant function. The studys goal is to evaluate and compare how these implants perform in terms of bone preservation and patient comfort over time.
