Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients 18 years or older
- Diagnosis of COPD exacerbation with respiratory failure
- Evidence of pulmonary hypertension confirmed by echocardiogram (mean pulmonary artery pressure greater than 20 mmHg)
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe left ventricular failure
- Pregnant women
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to nitroglycerin
