Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 35
- Age between 18 and 75 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Difficulty understanding spoken or written Swedish
- Not able or willing to use digital tools
- Referral to the primary health care dietitian unit was made to the wrong location and the patient should be treated elsewhere
