Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Primary infertility
- Planning to undergo IVF treatment
- Under 45 years of age
- Having a smartphone or computer
You will not qualify if you...
- Participation in any mindfulness-related program
- Previous mindfulness training
- Prior knowledge or practice of mindfulness
- Having any psychiatric disorder
- Having any chronic disease
- Having a disability such as hearing or vision impairment
- Attending less than 80% of the mindfulness training sessions
- Becoming pregnant during the study
