Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Speaks and reads English
- New patient at Shady Grove Fertility in Roanoke or Richmond
- Has access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer, and internet
- Female aged between 18 and 42 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Has previously seen a fertility specialist and undergone fertility treatment
- Is currently using the Organic Conceptions method
