Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients 18 years or older
- Newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed non-metastatic upper aerodigestive tract cancer
- Life expectancy of at least 18 months
- Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet for remote physical activity sessions (for experimental group)
You will not qualify if you...
- Any contraindication to moderate physical activity
- Being deprived of liberty by court or administrative decision
- Unable to be followed for medical, social, family, geographic, or psychological reasons for the study duration
