- Ability to read and write in Turkish
- Being conscious and communicative
You will not qualify if you...
- Having any psychiatric illness
- Diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and taking medication for anxiety
- Experiencing active nausea, vomiting, or headache
- Having vision or hearing problems
- Having a history of seizures
