You may qualify if you...
- Male or female participants
- Aged 20-65 years old
- Body mass index between 25-27 kg/m2 or body fat greater than 25% for men and greater than 30% for women
You will not qualify if you...
- Cancer, chronic heart disease, or systemic infections
- Use of drugs affecting immunity
- Current use of probiotics
