The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of robot-assisted gait training on quadriceps muscle thickness, balance and gait parameters in individuals with chronic stroke. Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • History of cerebrovascular accident at least 6 months ago
  • Mini mental test score of at least 20
  • No botulinum toxin treatment within the last 3 months
  • Functional Ambulation Scale score of 2 or above
  • Brunnstrom motor staging scale score of 3 or above for lower extremity recovery
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of other neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular diseases or acute comorbidities
  • Severe lower extremity muscle spasticity scoring more than 2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale
