Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18-60 years old, regardless of gender
- Office blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg or ambulatory blood pressure exceeding specified thresholds
- Diagnosed with primary aldosteronism confirmed by adrenal venous sampling after drug washout
- No intent or contraindication for surgery and willing to receive drug or embolization treatment
- Signed informed consent approved by the ethics committee
You will not qualify if you...
- Primary or secondary hypertension from other causes
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy within 1 year
- Serious organic diseases, especially liver or kidney dysfunction with eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73 m2
- Severe allergy to contrast medium
- Serious diseases with life expectancy less than 12 months
- Presence of adrenal adenoma on CT scan
- Participation in other clinical studies that could affect this study's results
