Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female aged 38 years or younger
- Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level of 1 ng/mL or higher, or antral follicle count (AFC) of 6 or more
- Body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 40 kg/m2
- Scheduled for in vitro fertilization (IVF) using a freeze-all embryo strategy
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe male factor infertility with sperm concentration less than 5 million/mL
- Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Use of GLP-1 receptor agonists within the past year
- Uncontrolled thyroid disorders
- Contraindications to IVF or semaglutide treatment
- Chronic inflammatory diseases
- Family history of hereditary or chromosomal diseases
- Use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants
- Planned preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A)
- Use of medications affecting metabolism or inflammation
