The study starts in December 2025 and measures outcomes over 12 weeks. During the study, participants will undergo treatment sessions and perform exercises as scheduled. Researchers will assess back pain, physical function, and balance at 12 weeks. The study involves female students aged 16 to 18 who experience chronic non-specific back pain.
