Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia according to DSM-5
- Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score greater than 5 points
- Age 18 years or older with at least a junior high school education
- Willing to participate voluntarily and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe physical or mental illnesses with suicide risk
- Diagnosed or suspected sleep breathing disorders, restless leg syndrome, or sleep-wake rhythm disorders
- Working rotating shifts
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Currently receiving any psychological therapy
