Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) confirmed by CT/MRI, meeting the 2019 revised International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA)
- Age between 18 and 80 years
- Time since injury between 2 weeks and 6 months, with spinal shock resolved
- Injury level at T12 or above, ASIA Impairment Scale (AIS) grade A-C
- Patients who provide written informed consent after study explanation
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe cardiorespiratory diseases such as pneumothorax
- Unstable vital signs including hypotension and arrhythmia
- Cognitive or psychiatric disorders that prevent cooperation
- Requirement for mechanical ventilation
- Congenital spinal or limb deformities
- Contraindications to magnetic stimulation, including intracranial metal implants or pacemakers
