You may qualify if you...
- Having back pain for the last 3 months with pain level greater than 4 on the Visual Analog Scale
- Between 18 and 65 years of age
- Volunteering to participate in the study
- No surgical intervention in the last 6 months
- No structural spinal deformities
- No chronic bone disease
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to cooperate with the study
- Presence of psychological problems
- Use of sleeping pills
- Presence of neurological or orthopedic diseases
