What this Trial Is About
This research aims to evaluate how effective Airrosti exercises combined with TheraBand exercises are in reducing pain and disability for young female smartphone users with Double-Crossed Syndrome, a condition involving specific muscle imbalances in the neck, chest, and shoulders. The study compares these two exercise methods to provide more evidence about their benefits for people with this syndrome, which is related to rounded shoulder posture. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: Group A will perform Airrosti exercises for 45 minutes once daily, five days a week, while Group B will do TheraBand exercises under the same schedule. Both exercise programs are behavioral interventions designed to improve muscle function and reduce symptoms over a six-week period. During the study, participants will be assessed using the University of California at Los Angeles Activity Scale at six weeks to measure activity levels and improvements. The study includes single-blind monitoring, and participants will be observed for changes in pain and disability related to their shoulder posture. The total participation age range is 18 to 25 years, focusing on females without prior shoulder trauma or certain spinal deformities.
