Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Juvenile aged between 12 and 21 years old at the start of intervention
- Estimated IQ score of 80 or higher and/or sufficient adaptive skills to benefit from the intervention
- Exhibits externalizing behavior causing problems in at least two areas of life (family, school, leisure time)
- Medium to high risk of reoffending, measured by specific risk assessment tools
- Presence of juvenile-caregiver relationship problems
- Diagnosed with a DSM-5 behavioral disorder confirmed by case file or new diagnosis
- Caregiver(s) and juvenile are not motivated to follow treatment at an outpatient clinic
- Sufficient Dutch language skills to participate
- Treatment offered in a voluntary or mandatory framework
- Juvenile resides with caregiver(s) or expected to return within two months of intervention start
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe psychiatric symptoms requiring hospital admission
- Problem behavior primarily caused by substance abuse
- Caregiver(s) refuse to participate in treatment
- Safety of therapist or family members cannot be guaranteed
- No access to electronic device or suitable internet for blended care
- Insufficient digital skills to participate in blended care
- Family requires a translator to receive the intervention
