Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 19 or older but under 70
- Neck pain lasting 12 months or longer
- Numeric rating scale (NRS) for neck pain is 2 or more but less than 4 over the past month
- Provided written informed consent and agreed to participate in the trial
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with serious conditions causing neck pain (e.g., spinal tumor metastasis, acute fracture, spinal dislocation)
- Progressive neurological problems or severe neurological symptoms such as spinal cord injury
- Neck pain caused by soft tissue diseases not related to the spine (e.g., tumors, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, gout)
- Other chronic diseases that may affect treatment or study results (e.g., stroke, heart attack, kidney disease, diabetic neuropathy, dementia, epilepsy)
- Currently taking steroids, immunosuppressants, mental illness medications, or other drugs that could affect the study
- Pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Cervical surgery within the past 3 months
- Participated in another clinical study within 1 month or plans to participate in another study during this study and 6-month follow-up
- Unable to complete written informed consent
- Deemed unsuitable by the researchers
